Website technology

This website does not include analytics trackers, advertising pixels, account registration, or contact forms. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which requires your browser to connect to Google and may disclose technical information such as your IP address. Your hosting provider may process standard connection and server-log information when serving the site.

Payments and service providers

Invoices and recurring payments may be processed through Stripe. Delta Ray Media LLC does not directly store complete payment-card details. Stripe handles information under its own Privacy Policy. Information may also be handled by providers used for business communications, hosting, and agreed project services, as needed for those functions.

Client materials and campaign access

If a project requires access to advertising accounts, campaign data, or creative materials, the purpose and access requirements are defined by the engagement. Third-party advertising and social platforms apply their own privacy policies to activity on their platforms.

Retention and security

Business correspondence and project records are retained as needed for the engagement, accounting, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
